This policy explains how Taiba Higher Training Institute ("the Institute") collects, uses and protects your personal data when you take part in the draw campaign and ambassador program through this website, in line with the Personal Data Protection Law of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and its regulations.

Data we collect

• Registration data: full name, mobile number, WhatsApp number, city, gender, age, nationality, and education level.
• Quiz data: your answers in the career quiz, the suggested track and specialization, and your level of interest.
• Participation data: the city you compete in, the draw/week you joined, and your verification status.
• Technical data: IP address, device fingerprint and submission timestamps, used only for security and fraud prevention.
• Your consents: a record of your agreement to the Terms and to being contacted.

Purposes of processing

• Entering you into the weekly and grand-final draws and managing your participation.
• Verifying your eligibility and WhatsApp number before a draw.
• Contacting you about the campaign and notifying you if you win.
• Providing your specialization recommendation and improving our training programs.
• Protecting the campaign from fraud, duplication and misuse.
• Complying with applicable laws in the Kingdom.

Legal basis

We process your data based on your explicit consent at registration and on the Institute's legitimate interest in running the campaign safely and fairly.

Sharing your data

We do not sell or trade your data. We may share it, only as necessary, with authorized Institute staff, trusted service providers (hosting, email, and Google Sheets for data management), and competent authorities where the law requires.

Retention

We keep your data for the duration of the campaign and a reasonable period afterwards for audit and compliance. Rejected entries are retained to allow re-review when needed, then deleted or anonymized under our internal policies.

Data security

We apply technical and organizational controls including encrypted transfer (HTTPS), hashed (irreversible) password storage, and access restricted to authorized personnel only.

Your rights

Under the law you have the right to: access your data, correct it, request its deletion, withdraw consent, object to processing, request data portability, and file a complaint with the Saudi Data & AI Authority (SDAIA). Please note that withdrawing consent may mean you can no longer take part in the draw.

Cookies

We use only essential cookies: to manage your session, remember your language, and track ambassador referrals. We do not use cookies for advertising or external tracking.
