- The participant must hold a general secondary-school certificate or an equivalent qualification.
- The participant must not be a currently enrolled full-time student at a university or college.
- The participant must not hold a bachelor's degree or higher.
- Wishing to enrol in one of the institute's diplomas is not a condition for participating or winning. The participant's answer to the enrolment-interest question is used for statistical and service-improvement purposes only and does not affect eligibility or chances of winning.
- The participant must complete the specialization-assessment quiz and enter accurate, complete and verifiable information.
- Accepting the competition terms and the privacy policy is mandatory to complete participation, whereas consenting to marketing contact or contact from the admissions and registration team is optional and independent; declining it does not affect participation or chances of winning.
- Only one entry is accepted per person; the mobile number is the primary identifier, and duplicate entries or incorrect data are excluded.
- The weekly draws give an equal chance to all qualified participants and do not involve referral points. Qualified referrals count toward the final draw only, and every 3 qualified referrals grant the participant one additional chance.
- Draws are conducted using a documented random-selection tool, with the draw record, result and number of qualified participants retained.
- The weekly cash prizes and the grand prizes are independent for each of the three cities โ Madinah, Riyadh and Khamis Mushait โ and are administered through a separate draw for each city.
- Any citizen or resident may participate from anywhere inside the Kingdom and choose the city whose prizes they wish to compete for, regardless of their place of residence.
- The first and second prizes in each city are scholarships, each covering tuition fees up to a maximum of SAR 30,000. The third prize covers 50% of tuition fees up to a maximum of SAR 15,000, for one of the programs actually available at the time the prize is used.
- The winner may use the scholarship for themselves or transfer it to a new student who has never previously enrolled at any branch of the institute, in line with the approved procedures; the scholarship is not exchangeable for cash.
- The scholarship is used in a study program that is actually running and that meets the requirements for opening the class. The institute is not obliged to open an unavailable program, specialization or branch in order to use the prize.
- Three prizes are allocated to the campaign ambassadors at the kingdom level, for the top three ambassadors by number of qualified referrals; these are not tied to a specific city.
- The organizer may request proof of the participant's identity and the accuracy of their data and eligibility before confirming the win or delivering the prize.
- Winners are announced by short name and city only, after their consent, on the website and Taiba's official accounts.
- The competition is held under Ministry of Commerce license number [to be added], starting on [start date & time to be added] and ending on [end date & time to be added]; no entry is accepted after the specified period ends, and the competition duration does not exceed 60 days.
- Participation in the competition is entirely free; it does not require purchasing any product or service, enrolling in any of the institute's programs, or paying any fees.
- Taiba Advanced Institutes for Training Co. undertakes to deliver the prizes to winners within a period not exceeding seven days from the date results are sorted, after verifying the winner's eligibility and the accuracy of their data.
- No participant may win more than one prize in the competition; the first prize they win is counted, and their name is automatically excluded from all subsequent draws and prizes.
- The organizer undertakes not to raise the prices of the programs, services or products associated with the competition throughout its duration.
- The competition provider, the employees of Taiba Advanced Institutes for Training Co., the employees of the entities organizing and executing the competition, and their relatives, may not participate in or win any of its prizes.
- The legal organizer of the competition is Taiba Advanced Institutes for Training Co., commercial registration number [to be added], and the official channel for inquiries and objections is [official email or phone to be added].
- The weekly draws are held on the following dates: [weekly draw dates to be added]. The final draw is held on: [final draw date to be added]. Winners are announced on the website and Taiba's official accounts.
- The number of prizes in each city is 15, comprising 12 weekly cash prizes and three final prizes. There are also three independent prizes for the campaign ambassadors at the kingdom level.
- The organizer contacts the winner up to 3 times by phone or WhatsApp within 48 hours of the first attempt. If there is no response, or the required documents are not provided within the deadline, the organizer may exclude the winner and select an alternate winner using the same documented method.
- If campaign ambassadors are tied on the number of qualified referrals, priority goes to whoever reached the tied count first, based on the time their last referral was confirmed. If the tie persists, a documented random draw is held among those tied.
- A qualified referral is a new, completed registration of an independent person through a valid referral link, with a previously unused mobile number, after verifying the accuracy of the data, meeting the participation conditions, and confirming there is no duplication or manipulation.
- Self-referrals and fake, duplicate, or fraudulent referrals โ or those resulting from incorrect data or automated means โ are prohibited. The organizer may cancel referrals or entries linked to manipulation and exclude the person responsible from the competition.
- Participants' data is collected for the purpose of managing the competition, verifying eligibility, and communicating about prizes. The mobile number is not used for marketing except with separate consent. Competition data is retained for 12 months from its end date for verification and objection purposes, then deleted or anonymized unless the regulations require longer retention.
